Here we are again Status quo for the democrats change nothing and Republicans cut social security for them under 55. Really; this is where we are now?

Getting spending under control, here are some tips:

How about reversing the Obama Care.
Unions between the American citizens and Government employee, really! How many citizens in our society have ever abused or misused employees? Unions are not needed to negotiate the pay and rights between government employee and the American People!!
How about going through the Government programs like Occupational Safety and Health Administration, This is an organization that sets standards for labor but takes no part in training, then sets fines like cops to everyone up the line if a lonely laborer fails to fallow their laws. OSHA have no idea what it take to build a company nor to keep employees safe all they care about is fining for not fallowing them. They cost jobs from their ignorance and lavish spending on their own employees; which costs every American hard earned tax Dollars!! OSHA should set guideline and let the employees use them if they sue their employers for none compliance, No fines or policing are needed, companies will fallow them or get sued by employees that feel abused!
Here is another one; Privatizing Parks and Recreation Why are we looking at cutting necessities in government spending when we could cut luxury spending on none critical programs like Parks and Recreation which high priced union employees and High expense equipment. This division of government costs billions of dollars to the American people every year. Here is a tip; if it doesn’t make money contract the location out to privet companies.

Sell unused Government assets and properties that cost the American people billions every year to maintain and hold. Why is the Government keeping these assets at our expense when the privet sector could use them to build companies and Jobs for Americans which would stimulate the economy?
Post office come on this is an easy one, cut the office number down, consolidate delivery areas, and deliver 3 days a week, we don’t need 6 day delivery.
All Moneys in the Military budget that is not for the Military or that is for foreign government need to be removed.
Stop the spending for all pork spending scheduled.

Freedom of speech the first amendment!

As Americans we are blessed with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights which spells out the rights we Americans enjoy as citizens of the United States.

So many people try to repress this right and when that happens they are usually trying to hide their knavery activates.

I was sued by a Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. out in Kansas small claims court. I could not afford to travel across the country to be at the trial and they won by default. So I took my case to the public and posted everything on line in its own page. Let everyone in the world make up their own minds about who is correct.

I just received a letter from his Attorney Sherwood, Harper,Dakan,Unruh & Pratt, LC 833 N. Waco, P.O Box 830 Wichita, Kansas 67201.

Specifically; Kurt A. Harper

My personal opinion is any attorney that sends me a letter with the statement in it that I have posted some disparaging comments on my website about Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc., as well as the process system of Kansas, and will sue me if I don’t remove them from my site. Should first off advise there client to change his business practices if he don’t want them out on the web! Secondly and Take another review of the constitution since it is their Job to know it!!

Oh Ya You might want to run a TRW before taking the case, If I could afford anything other then internet, I would have showed up at the trial and this would be over!! Oh Ya, and Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. would be paying me the full amount of the contract with overtures and expenses!!

I stand by my first amendment right to the freedom of speech and press; I will not take the information down.

Budget!

All you hear about is cutting planed parenthood, really is that the only place we can cut??

Government spending, cutbacks and shutdown!

I am so sick of the media out there screaming the sky is falling because of government shut downs. I sit back every day working on my personal and my company’s books trying to figure out how to pay the bills and stretch the money so I don’t lose everything in this horrendous economy.

That means cutting spending and costs to produce the best quality product and still make a living. I can’t spend money on assets I can’t afford, nor can I spend money on projects that I can’t afford. It would be thought insane to do that for the average American, especially small business where money is so tight. In these areas there is no lead way for mistake!

I also see all the commercials for people to volunteer, here is a tip people volunteer when they can afford it, jobs help the needy more then people with no financial support. Oh ya the government have pumped billions into volunteer programs then tax the everyday working class fool for working and small business for producing products and Jobs!

Let the government shut down, they have no idea what it takes to run a company or be responsible for the individuals they employee. They need to cut a lot more then the budget they need to sell the unused assets they have that cost use everyday to maintain.

They also need to get out of competition with privet companies. Stop letting companies monopolize areas like Phone, Insurance, Banking Airlines and any industry. Stop the loans to big business and let them fail it is a fact in business that companies fail do to bad business choices like general motors has made for decades!

Hello; Fanny May, and Freddy Max, these two companies are government companies they can not survive on there own with out government support. Let them die the privet sector will cover there jobs and produce what’s needed. The government is trying to steer the financial markets, this is the only reason they exist!

I truly believe that we need to eliminate parks and recreations department as a land management entity, let the privet sector run these properties and they would be run better and with a profit. If you want pass some laws to regulate the use but put them in the management of the privet sector.

Also stop wasting money on DNR or wildlife management make local government manage there own areas according to there needs. The federal or even state government need to but out of local business.

Welfare also needs to be the responsibility of the local government. Not the states or the federal government. The local people know who needs help and the government needs to stop the cradle to gravel nanny state!

35% of our population is on federal or state disability or welfare of some sort. We are enabling the lazy to just sit on their ass when they can work. People would have to be nice to each other if they had to depend on each other more. Friends and family need to take care of their own and stop the government getting in the middle.

The old ways of thinking was work or die, care for each other and is kind to each other and people would be there when you need them. Now days they don’t have to so they are not kind to each other, I prefer the old way of thinking!

We need a government that puts the people first and not the government or their jobs. Civil service needs to go back to being service not the most expensive labor force. We are not getting the best for our money we are getting union protected, self entitled, lazy, and a low quality work force in our government that should be fired!

Shut the government down and look how much we would save, that is what the politicians are afraid of, that you would see how much they are not needed and how much we could save by them not showing up and getting paid for nothing.

AT&T trying to buy T Mobile

The biggest offense to business; the government using the rules of Anti trust law only when they have a company that is a great donor or a company that have large amounts of money for lobbyists!

Under Ronald Reagan AT&T and Bell was forced to split they was towering over every other company out there and their lines was paid for by the tax payer through subsidies from the government over 50 years. All the main transmission line were built by the government and a small company had to go through AT&T and General Tel the only two companies with control over 90% of the phone lines in America; these are phone line we all paid for already.

Reagan was correct to level the field for younger and smaller companies that did not have government financing and allow them access to the same lines. Well they did open them but by the time the politicians got done and the lobbyist got involved they did break up Bell and AT&T giving the growth of MCI, Sprint and about twenty other smaller companies around the country. But they had to run their own trunks the major phone lines and trunk lines were still controlled by General Tel, and AT&T!
AT&T just had been separated from bells direct to customer structure.

It was sprint and MCI that pushed us into the fiber world, AT&T and General Tel sat back collecting and saving money while younger businesses started with nothing and was building a new world of communications, Like sprints first fiber optic lines through the rocky mountains.

The young entrepreneurial companies were doing things that would rival the building of the great rail road over a hundred years earlier. All because they have a chance; this is why America has anti trust laws, or as most people think of them protections from any one, or group of companies controlling and stifling any market through monopolizing that market.

Over the Nineteen Ninety’s we seen satellite TV monopolized by General motors and Hughes Electronics with the government’s help Taking an industry that was offering customer service to home users and competition that was driving the price cheaper and cheaper, to the two provider monopoly we have now with Direct TV and Dish Network!! High price and low customer service.

The nineties also gave us the banking and insurance mergers that created monopolies in both areas and we have high pricing and failures in both areas. As well as allowing investment banking with Savings and loans. They were separated after the great depression because banks would invest personal savings in high risk investments. Now we have a banking bail out; Proof is in the pudding people!!

Twenty five years later and we are looking at the Bell phone companies remerged with AT&T and General Tel now known as Verizon, buying up every competitor leaving them to decide what we all pay for service.

Alltel was offering cheaper service and unlimited bandwidth on network usage so Verizon bought them out and just eliminated their programs!

Now we see AT&T trying to buy T Mobile for the same reasons they will soon be dead and gone if you let this sale go through. And we will have set back the clocks twenty five years. Stagnate and a stop in growth of smaller companies in that market!

So Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. got the claim by default.

Larry Bally of Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. is suing me in small claims court in Kansas.
Here is the details and more will be posted as I get them scanned in the system and receive them from the courts.

I got a call from Larry Bally of Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. I received a call that they needed a job completed in St Joseph, Missouri at the Missouri Western State University Indoor Practice Facility. I told them I could for .80 a foot and the floor had to be ready for install and he was to supply a man from his company to assist and learn how to install do to the fact it was a prevailing wage location. He was also notified that there would be charges for down time if the slab was not ready for install when I arrived. I was told by Larry Bally of Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. the floor was clean and ready for install.

I was not told that Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. had sent their own crew out there and that they had messed up and improperly installed 2000 feet of flooring by not prepping the slab or starting the install properly. They also unrolled all the material at the location before moving it to its install location. Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. personal that was sent out before me had no idea how to install this product and had large gaps in the seams, uneven slab, and loose mat all over the mat already installed as my pictures show.

When I reached the Job site the general contractor was already upset because of the mat that was down as well as the delays in install. I worked with them and tried to make the arrangements to resolve the issues but as I found out Larry Bally with Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. was saying make it work with what I had. He did not want the damaged floor pulled up and the slab prepped properly so I told him He would have to sign a wavier to release me of responsibility of the flooring that was already laid. Larry With Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. said he would and I also told him there was an extra .25 a foot charge for prep of the slab I was going to lay floor on and he agreed. The pictures below will show why!

At this time I tried to explain to Larry Bally the breadth of the problem and also told him he needed to get up there and visually see what I was talking about, that using the flooring that was installed by his team was not going to pass the collage inspection because the slab under it was so bad. After two days of Larry saying he was coming then he said he didn’t have time to make it work.

I started the install and training of his man on prepping the slab and installing of the floor. I called Larry and let him know there was no threshold material sent with the product he said he was going to get some. Well for the next two days I also asked Larry Bally to come and see what we had and to deal with the problems so I could get installing. The delays drug on finally Larry Bally told me to make the thresholds work so I did and the general contractor was happy with my answer to the problem in the Clinic as well as the Taping room the only two rooms I installed.

After completing the two rooms I started cleaning and prepped one end of the track when Larry Bally told me He was not going to sign a wavier as well as not pay the next portion of the down payment. Do to the delays, Added prep work on the slab, threshold charges, and the lack of response from Larry Bally had used up the deposit and he had to pay � of what was owed on the contract to keep Installing.

So I gave his installer Tomas a vacuum, 4 ft Scraper, Razor Knife, and string for a starting line. Larry Bally said Tomas could handle it so I left.

As you can see by the invoice Great American Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc. still owes me $285.00 and that is not including two days of down time he did not get charged. After I left Larry Bally was belligerent as you can see by the e-mails between him and I. so I notified the state of Mo. That Larry Bally said he was paying Tomas $12 hr in which he had. And they fallowed up as you can tell from the letter from the state of Missouri Labor Prevailing wage office.

Ok I sit back as an ex-smoker and watch as the price of cigarettes goes up to as much as $7.00 a pack. You no the land of the free all depends on who you are. The law makers pass laws to who has the best lobbyists, or any one that has the majority of the cheapest votes they can buy. If you have a lot of money they attack you because they want to take your money and give it to the poor because they are the cheapest majority.

Back to the smokers the smokers are addicted; they will pay for the smokes over food every time. So you increase the sick by forcing them to choose between an addiction and substance. How human is that? It boils down to tax money the politicians con the voting public into by calling it a sin tax! They sit back and claim they are doing it for the better good. There was less cancer and more smoking 50 years ago what’s changed? They say it’s the evil rich Business man them bustards. Well the truth is they limit your choices because they think they know better then you what is good for your family.

I believe that we need to step back and stop letting government regulations chock out American freedoms. What happened to the days when you work or you die, you help one another or you stand alone? People have stopped standing together and fighting for the American Dream because some moron thinks it is the government’s job to take care of them from cradle to grave!

I want to find a place that you work or die; you help your neighbor because you know he will be there when you need a hand. The basic respect for others, like opening doors, saying hello or good morning from the kindness of your heart and mean it when you wish them goodwill. I want to bring back the American dream by giving back American Freedom of choices.

Change the Tax structure so the spenders get taxed not the Workers!! The spenders not the savers!! One fixed percentage on everything sold and Stop taxing workers for working in America. If you want the rich to pay more that is how you do it no loop holes to hide behind!

The Science of Creation, Red Shift, Time, and Space.

I am sort of a history buff, Ok I like science, History, and basically anything that makes me think for myself. I have been watching a lot of History Channel Universe I like the program it is good for the basics understand of basic physics and the universe.

I have watched the entire series and it blows my mind when I see mathematician, Physicist, and every College professor from Berkley, Southern California, or just any left wing school you can think of selling global warming, or how the universe came from a Big Bang, you know the mass of all the universe coming from one point the size of an atom.

The Big bang theory is now called Creation! Yes the over educated and under common sense people of the planet have decided to call the big bang, or expansion theory “Creation”.

Lets look at The Big Bang theory even Elbert Einstein could not buy into it and he was a genius. Other then that it was supposed to be the massive explosion or expansion that started everything in the universe from one point and no one can say where it happened. Also no matter where you stand in the universe everything is moving away from you to the point of 13 billion years or as far as we can see.

Now they also say the universe is expanding at a faster and faster rate. The over educated and under common sense people do the math and when it don’t add up they come up with other theories to support the craziness. Like string theory, MIT’s Alan Guth’s inflation theory, Bubble theory, or multiple universes, which would be cool don’t get me wrong, but there is no proof.

The problem comes when they stand on TV and say crap like any sane person believes the Big Bang theory is fact! Or worse say that it is proven or fact then calls it creation to give it some kind of religion aspect. They don’t want you to believe that one being created everything, but they believe it’s perfectly sane to think that all the mass of a universe we can’t even see across comes from a point the size of an atom!!

They say the universe is expanding faster and faster. I will keep an open mind, now if the universe is from one point and the explosion happened 13 billion years ago and when we look out as far as we can see would it not be moving as fast there as when the universe started to expand. Because you would be looking 13 billion years in the past, now if we are standing on earth and the universe was slowing down here, would it not look like the universe is expanding when actually it would be slowing down at different speed, in different times.

I never hear any theory’s about the ties between Gravity and Magnetism from planets or Stars like magnetars. Heavy elements are created in stars so why could we not have planetary movement from the combination of Magnetism and Gravity?

The use of red shift as a tool for judging the speed and expansion of planets, and radio wave nose on an antenna in the 60’s was proof of noise left over from the big bang. I hate to point out the obvious; these are just theory not proof of expansion or inflation. Time and space have a way of putting unseen measurements in the Calculations.

When Scientists like Alan Guth say crap like anyone that doesn’t believe in the big bang is the lunatic fringe. I like my scientists on the fringe; I want them to be like a five year old child always asking why because they want to understand. Democracy = Mob Rule

I know everyone looks at the title of this paper and thinks Holy Shit another fanatical nut job, please bear with me and maybe we both can learn something.

Now I get so tired of watching the news and everyone across the globe saying how we need to spread democracy to every country. People, both politicians and the great unwashed as well have know Idea what they are talking about nor do they know the difference between any of the major parties Democracy ,Republic, Progressive (which is the new term for Socialist), or Communist.

Here is the truth; Power corrupts and total power totality corrupts!! So any Government with a supreme leader is out, we have seen from the past the major catastrophes that come from that, You know Rome , World War I, World War II, and well every dictator or King that has ever sat a throne!!

So we have to talk about the only two forms of government that everyone in the populist rules. One is through majority vote, which is Democracy. In a pure Democracy the majority has to vote on everything from local regulations to, people chosen by the people from the people to rule the masses. The more government officials you add the more time you spend in the voting booth. Also everyone in the population needs to know everything about the world and local because every time the Government wants to do anything it is put to the population for a vote!

In a constitutional republic the majority votes a group of leaders in multiple sections of government to make the laws and lead the government from people chosen by the people from the everyday citizens of the country this form of government is implemented.

A Republic is also known as the rule by law since it is based and government by a constitution agreed upon at the time of forming the government.

With a republic the people choose others to act in their stead, so they don’t have to worry about the everyday mundane running of the government and can go on living their lives.

A republic also leaves the government with checks and balances to prevent the abuses of government over the people or propagating there own wealth and breaking the laws set forth within the Constitution. (This way the population can fire or Jail criminals that are within the government!!)

Now do you see why it bothers me so much that they keep calling the republics around the world Democracies?

It is bad enough the American political parties pass laws to protect the politicians that make them from any criminal action for their abuses of the law!!!!

Rome one of the first successful republics fell for that reason, the senate was crushed and a dictator took charge. So a constitutional republic that can prosecute the politicians that violate the laws of the republic is so important.

You see we are all just human and do not want to spend everyday running the government, but we have to have checks and balances to police the politicians we elect to run the Government.

So when someone says we need to spread democracy; correct them let them know we need to let others make the republic that matches their countries needs.

Those who have been down and those that well go down; the Number 1 biker rule you can’t break.

Lately I see a lot of ladies taking up the bike as they get an empty nest. You know I understand the freedom of the ride been there done that. Here is a little food for thought the biker rule that comes true no matter who you are, it just take time.

Those who have been down and those who are going down, when I was younger and more durable I tested the theory. No matter how cautious you are eventually you will relax and day dream while you drive a bit or just try to forget about the week from hell. That’s when the Moron that should not have a license , cuts you off, runs a light, or just don’t see they are coming to a light and slams into you, Ya it’s them that kill you, not just dumb mistakes!

I myself spent years riding and still crave to take a ride when I see that perfect road that was just made for a bike. You know the road I am talking about when the curves are tight and a slight bank, new clean pavement, which runs for miles. I to this day hit them roads and just feel the turns, the wind, the smell, the excitement and the edge of out of control you feel from riding a bike on them.

As a young man I road my motorcycles every place. My first bike was little 67 ok and 69, 70, and a lot of AMF parts but hey it ran true and was balanced. The first week I ran it back and forth to the ship in San Diego navel station; white lining through traffic life was good. She just held the curves so well and you know how it is you accelerate through the curve for best control. Well That is my excuse and I am sticking with it !! Anyway I had fixed pegs and was leaning into a tight on ramp looking forward to the merge, Ok there was no traffic but I was going to shoot out of that merge lane like a bullet. I was in heaven and everything was clear in front of me and traffic was light. That’s when you learn those lessons, only experience can teach.

Ok picture this, you’re on an on ramp and pushing it for the merge you know you want to be doing 70, Ops excuse me 55 when you hit the freeway. Well I was dragging pegs and having so much fun when my bike slid out from under me. Ya that woke me up quick! The ass end of my bike for some reason was moving faster then the front, Go figure. So the old dirt bike and gravel pit experience kicked in and I crossed up the front wheel so I was at least going strait. Well I was still sliding with the bike laying down at a 45 deg angle my heal of my right boot sliding an the pavement and the weight of the bike laying on my right leg thinking the whole time which by the way seamed to last way to long, any way I was thinking oh This is going to hurt!!

I really did feel like I was slowing down when I got to the edge of the road Moran me was thinking Oh ya soft ground, this wont be so bad! That is when everything abruptly changed, You see my fixed pegs hit the soft soil and dug in, ya my nuts slammed into my fuel tank and the front of my bike spun back in front where it should be but the tail shot up and sprung like a pogo stick off the front forks vertical over my head. As it flew over my head I was thinking oh shit my nuts, Ok and I hope that freaking bike lands anywhere but on me!

She did She came down embedding the front wheel and forks first and tweaked the frame so bad I couldn’t afford to fix it. The only thing that was hurt besides my nuts was my pride and well the heel of my boot was ground right off. Thank god I always wear my riding boots they have a 45 dig heal solid leather it was the only thing that save my foot.

There was anti freeze on the road and the hot sun in San Diego turned the ash fault to snot; so a lesson learned. Always Wear Riding Boots!! :) Oh ya and Anti freeze on the road is a bad thing.

Then I spent the next few years running around California on a Suzuki Savage small cheap and a fun ride. Every other day it seems there is some one not paying attention and you have to look out for everyone because it only take one Moron in a 6000 weapon to kill you. Man I have seen some bad ones and the not funny thing is the Biker never wins!!

I finally got out of the navy moved to St Louis Mo. Oh what a place they don’t care about bikers they will pimp you off or just plan run you off the road one of the worst places I ever road a bike!!

I was on my way to work one morning and it gets so common the 45 min ride each way every day. You get to a point where you’re trying to let lose of the stress of work on the way home or planning how to attack the day in the morning the bike was such a nice way to get back and forth. One morning I was just paying attention to my self raped up in thoughts of the day to come it’s funny I can remember everything about that morning even what I was thinking, It is amazing what can cause you to make a time stamp to remember crap.

I was on a 5 lane part of 40 west of forest park I was on a big banking curve and it was starting to bundle up a bit, so I moved over to the center lane so I can maneuver either way on the bike it just makes me feel safer. Well not paying attention to what was happing behind me I had a high boy Aluminum trailer pull up beside me I remember looking at it and thinking what a nice trailer this was in the late 80’s them trailers was expensive. By the time I looked back over I was boxed in and traffic was moving 70 mph. I started to slow down a bit to give me distance and the car behind me was right up my ass. I looked to the right and this lady is cramming a sandwich in her mouth and not paying attention to what she was doing, so my this is not good mental antenna went up!!

Well the lady in this little car just cuts over in the spot I was and there was only room for me so I shifted over to the trailer and my shoulder was under the trailer his under deck rig box was 10 inch in front of my front wheel and the trailer wheels was about a foot behind me. Ya to this day when I hear the hum of semi trailer tires it bring back those thoughts. We are still moving at 70 mph and I am praying the semi don’t change anything. It seams to be taking forever I can’t get out the car behind me has backed off but this bitch as me pined and I am looking for shit to grab and hold on to if this goes bad! I didn’t want to scare the lady she did not even see me so I tapped on the side of her car. When she turned to look she turned white and didn’t even look she just cranked the wheel over and cut everyone off all the way over to the right lane. I didn‘t wait to see the turn out I romped on it and fallowed her path and got to the side of the road.

I felt totally in charge and had all my faculties about me and made it to the side of the road. I got off my bike and to this day can’t tell you what I was thinking I was seeing red and beat the shit out of my bike I ripped the battery cover off the side, kicked the bike over took my helmet off and slammed it against the bike yes I had dents to remove.

The lady had pulled over about 100 yards ahead of me and when she seen me trip out she hauled ass, I am so glad she did I have know idea how I would have reacted or what I would have said but it would not have been good..

This was twenty years ago there was no cell phone, Texting, laptops, TV, or any of the distractions that are out there today. So when I see these ladies getting away on there bikes from their empty nest syndrome pushing for adventure. I hope they have fun and are safe. Please remember the number one rule of biking there is those who have been down and those who are going down!

The Young Indiana Jones Series

I am a bit of a history Buff so when I seen the young Indiana Jones Series had history on every disk I thought it would be great. I could get someone else’s prospective on the past.

CBS Broadcasting, George Lucas, and Sharon Wood is not who I would choose to teach anyone history. Wow you can sure tell they are Socialists Ops; Excuse me Progressive in there political agenda.

Now to be far to George Lucas, This is a great Idea to teach the standard Person that has low schooling about different issues in world History. If it was factual and did not have an agenda when it comes to anything political or an attempt to change history of individuals in the past, like Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Annie Besant, or Pancho Villa to start. The list goes on they cover a lot of people and topics like the socialized and traditional Chinese medicine in Chinas past and no mention of the warlords and repression of the everyday person the true story. The story of the different Dynasties and their influences on the world the true stories of China are ignored. Maybe they thought that the series was going to move on and they could tell the whole story of Communism's negative factors, or the reason every Socialist society has failed in history, as well as the differences that a constitutional republic and democracy.

Ok I know that’s asking to much from Hollywood and CBS.

Oh ya and their interpretation of Lenin, Marks, and the Soviets is pure fiction. The only thing they got correct is who and where. The what; well poor little misunderstood, fighting for the working class Lenin, Are you kidding Me?

George did a nice job on introducing subjects and should make people aware of them, also make them ask the questions. Is this fact, or a history rewrite? I had fun with it; I watched and enjoyed them for the most part, some of the topics where really good. The translation of the past should have been left out. Tell the story if your going to tell history and use only the facts let the people make up there own minds on the interpretation.

That is like watching the History Channel, also owned by CBS, go figure. The programs are produced through the eyes of the producer so they are not telling you history they are giving you their interpretation of history. Always ask yourself is this fact or is this a rewrite of history or a rewrite of an individuals story.

The young Indiana Jones fictions are great and the series should be continued some day. If someone does please do a better job of telling history in the Special Features.

Country restaurants and country cooking..

Everyday we rush through life working for a living and just trying to make ends meet. The fact is there are not too many restaurants for the working class any more. These day’s restaurants are set up as production sites for food. These locations offer hunger in a hurry or entertainment more for show more then substance. You know the type you take your date to impress her on how much you spent on a bay leaf and two tablespoons smelly food the French wouldn’t eat.

Every once and a while I run across the location that is for the working class, The ranch hand getting ready for a hard days work. Or the oil rigger that knows by the end of the day he will have used up every bit of strength he has to earn his day’s wages. That is the location that thinks of quality, substance, and flavor over the bottom line. They also cook to add calories because the people eating there need them to make it through the day. The only way to do that is home cooking, Home made breads, soups, baked pies and fried meats. You know like mom and grandma used to cook before there was a weight problem in America!

I would love to run a restaurant my way, Home made foods Home baked pies and breads, the community table for the local old boys club to sit have coffee and talk about what’s on their minds that day.

The type a place that has a boot scrape out the side door for the rigger and ranch hands to use before entering the dining area. When they get there respect them for the great working class people they are, they are the backbone of America.

I would post a sign out front that would say:
All foods sold here are for the working class, if you eat here then site on your ass all day you will get FAT!

Well this is what happens when I am between Jobs; I’m cooking again. I surround myself with an affable crowd that loves how I cook, my dogs that by the way lay down in front of me every place I move in the kitchen. Because I am a messy cook and they just know I am going to drop something tasty.

Anyway I am making some bean and ham soup. I started the Beans last night to steep them with seasoning and tenderize them a bit. I let them set over night then add the ham and brew for 5 hours.

My dogs would rather I make inverted omelets or something that calls for dicing of more ingredients that leaves more of a mess for them, poor buggers..

Just Anther day,

My writing is my way of expression, and just plan practice on the English language. You see I am the type a fellow you through into a fight then he learns to fight, ya not good. Put in a kitchen then he learns to cook. Well I sucked in school so now I blog as my attempt to improve my writing and grammar skills. So here is my thoughts today!

I wake with the sound of a puppy wining I knew something was wrong so I went to the dogs room and one of Cassidy’s babies was in the middle of the floor not moving just long slow sobs. It was the runt and he was cold and barley moving.

Now I have assisted with cows, horse and about every type of critter you can imagine so I pick him up and hold him to my chest and rap my shirt around him. He was trying to suckle so I knew he still had some strength. I warmed up some milk but he couldn’t drink he was just to cold and tired. So I lay down on the couch with him snuggled in on my chest. He warmed up and slept for about an hour or so. He was moving around a little like he was ready to eat something. So I got the milk and sat down fed him about three drops and he dead. At least he was warm and as happy as I could make him before he died.

Poor Cassidy just had too many pups and it is Darwin’s theory in action.

Did I mention I hate Darwin!

Heaven in the mail part two.

OK Back to Nicole’s Box of seasoning she sent me, which I have been experimenting with like a mad scientist. You see I am a almost 50 year old bachelor that lives so far in the country that this is entertainment to me. That also means everything I cook in small portions.

Now on to my last cooking lab out come, I started out with four medium Potatoes, one large onion, in a two quart pot. This is my basic starting point for soup when I want to try new seasonings.

Side Bar, I am from British, Irish dissent so I guess root vegetables just seem correct to me. Anyway back on tract. So with my start in the pot cooking I add a pinch of Italian seasoning, and then put two pinches of Red pepper powder, one pinch of black pepper. I let is cook for a bit then taste before adding anymore. You see flavors are like moods so all depends what flavor mood I am in that day before finishing my soup.

Well Nicole sent me this Worcestershire / Au jus sauce, I don’t know what she put in it but I am finding more uses for it everyday. I put two table spoons in my soup. It is like the flavor that was missing from everything. She also sent this Chili Con Limon seasoning and every place I like red pepper this stuff goes with it like a glove..

Now you put some prime rib from Wal-Mart Chicago meats they are small so it is perfect side for a small pot of soup. I dice it up season, fry and add it to the soup. This also gives me nice gravy to add for flavor.

Simmer that for about 4 hrs and bada bing, Dinner for one. Ok for three days. Unless it is that good then maybe two days, and It never make sit to day three.

I think some home made Bake beans from fresh navy beans today. I’ll will have to report how that turns out at a later date!

Peter Jackson and Dune Now that would be a great match!

Peter Jackson the director of the Lord of the rings, and King Kong are now waiting to film the Hobbit. I would suggest that he pick up a new project till the Time Warner and MGM problems get worked out. He would be the perfect person to redo Dune that would be one hell of a project for him to sink his mind into.

The Frank Herbert’s Epic Dune was crammed into a standard movie venue time. The talent that made Lord of the rings such a success, Jackson could produce one of the best movies for the 21^st century.

A little heaven in the Mail

Well I have a friend (Nichole Seyfert) that loves to cook and she wanted to share some of her spices and recently canned goodies with me. Oh My God, Ok now I have to tell Nichole She can’t spoil us single guys this way with home made jams, and BBQ sauces.. Her and her husband sent me package in the mail with samplers of freshly caned Jam’s and Sauces as soon as I opened it, my mouth was watering!!

I started off with the Blueberry Jam, Ya I love everything blueberry so I had to get a piece of bread and have a taste, Mmm.. Fresh blueberry jams Oh My God that was good. I instantly ran and started the grill; you see she sent me different samples of BBQ sauces, Mesa Jalapeño, Hickory, Apricot Pepper and . Ya, I am cooking up three pork steaks and I get to taste test them. Home made sauces, I am so excited I have been using store bought so long this could spoil me.. I try to mix seasonings to make my own with poor results or when I make something I like I can’t repeat it. Ok that is the same way with my soups but that is a different story.

( I will report on my findings later) Thank you Nichole and family I do appreciate the home made goodies.. :)

OK, Here I go:

The Apricot Pepper when you taste it to start it is a little vinegary, like east coast BBQ sauces say Virginia or North Carolina. You can taste almost Italian flavor, but as it cooks into the pork steak it blends well with the meat. As it browns the aroma wafts smoothly and really teases your taste buds. The flavor is so good and really is a delight. I think with a little wine and a light salad it would be perfect!

The Mesquite Jalapeño I think that is what it is, I couldn’t read the abbreviation that well. But it has the taste of a rich Mesquite and a zesty undertone along with a light sweet flavor. I cooked it with a light coat and browned the meat. Then I put some on the plate to see how much different the flavor was light and heavy. The flavor was the same; the only reason to pour it on heavy is your taste buds get greedy for more.

The Hickory, Well all I can say. Nichole Hun this sauce was so good I had a hard time stopping to taste the others. It is sweet with a great Hickory overtone. I don’t think I can compare it to any store bought it is in my opinion the best BBQ sauces I have ever tasted.

All these sauces are in my opinion the Best I have ever tasted. I have been around the world a couple times and across this country more times then I can count. I have had every type of BBQ you can imagine, and damn Nichole that is some great Sauce!!

I wish I had the correct grammar to properly describe the magnificent flavors Nichole has created. She really needs to open her own shop and produce some for production because I will not be able to duplicate nor will I be able find such great flavors in the store.

Pets, who is the Boss; Really!

I sit here going through Possible bids and work on the computer. Then I feel this eyes drilling through me like a hammer drill. Yes, both my dogs are sitting there, staring at me; now the game begins. Ok what do they want? I am lucky they have me trained well. I ask do you want out side and they start dancing around. Bingo!

Ok here is the rub I give them a treat every time they come in so that may be what they wanted.

Now my dogs have there own room, so I clean up after them and wash there bedding, vacuum the floor, feed and water them. That’s what you have to do if you have pets they are like part of the family. When they are content they lay around in the yard or in there room, you can almost see the smile on there face. It makes you feel good just to know they love you.

Now I get back to the computer and a few hours later I am tired my eyes feel like they are dry from reading prints or gaming depending on what I am doing at the time. All of a sudden I feel them eyes burning at me again, it’s Bob dog. You see bob has this way of sneaking up next to you and just staring. Oh ya and giving you that Bob dog smile. :)

The smile means he just wants to be there with you our, he really wants to play: only time will tell. So I reach down pet him a bit then go back to my computer. Some times that is all he wanted other times he picks up a ball and tosses it at me. Yes he throws really well my dog plays catch with me. Well some time he throws it at me to get my attention that he wants to play.

My dogs are not the big bad ass type they are soft cuddly and out of the two Cassidy is the one that barks. Bob don’t bark unless he don’t recognize the car coming in the driveway or if he is startled. Cassidy on the other hand barks at the neighbor pulling in and out of there drive way or anyone walking by she thinks the area is hers to protect. Ok until you get close then she wants you to pet her. The funny thing is she is the one that would protect me, Bob is a big coward he don’t have a mean done in his body if he barks at something he don’t know, our maybe just startles him, he runs behind me, and it is so cute.

Ya Just have to love pets life is so much better with them.

Class warfare and American politics

This day in age the Americans are bombarded with ads, and news about the evil Rich, and how they need to pay their share. Well here is a simple small, and I do mean small business ya, I have one employee, Me. This is my take on the rich and paying their share.

I started off raised on a small ranch in Northern Michigan by a hard working man that worked 60 to 100 hours a week for AT&T, then came home and worked the farm. Yes it was important for us kids to learn to work and he taught use well.

My father also taught use to take responsibility for our actions that when you mess up there is no one else to blame but yourself so own up and take your lumps. He also taught me that a person can be or do what ever they set their mind on, so by the age of 18 I felt I was ready to make my mark on the world.

Now I made choices in my life and these choices made me what I am and what I am not, I am not rich, First choice, I wanted so bad to have a family and have loved one around me, so I got married to my high school sweetheart, before I was ready. The marriage was am mistake but my children are a gift from God! If you have had a chance to meet any of them you would see what I mean.

In stead of going to collage I joined the navy and got a good education in Interior communication. I took this education and got out and worked in the cable industry, the defense contracting industry, and field service and sales for some other companies. Now all this was my education not just collage.

My first company was a battery company it went well there was not enough company’s that use fork lift batteries in north eastern Michigan, so I closed that company before I invested to much lessen learned.

The second company was a communications company that did great. I almost got rich on that one; we went from a mom and pop satellite company to three states and were up to 1.5 million in invoices a year in only three and a half years. That’s when lessen three was learned, my supplier sold out and cut up the contracts. Yes, the fast growth was because I put everything I owned on the line, and lost it all.

The third company was an internet access company, which was started in the late nineteen nineties. Ya Bad call the tech crash did not help. Need I say more? LOL Choices!!

I have been scratching my way back up ever since, and one day The combination will be just right, that I work hard produce a great product, and have put the assets together to build a company and get Rich!

Then the progressives think at that Time In my life, when I have worked my whole life. I should pay more just because I would have more, are you shitting me?

Here is a tip, we live in American it just takes hard work and determination.

Everyone needs to pay an even share and take responsibility for their own mistakes in life stop blaming others for your mistakes. Keep working forward and everyone can get rich together.

Stop blaming the Rich and trying to get them to pay your share, some day if you work hard enough you won’t have to pay for others.

I think we can say for a fact affirmative action does not work, Barrack Obama is my example. All though Barrack Obama was sold to the American Public by the News stations, and Press of every forum, the fact is he is not qualified. He does not have the experience needed to run a 7/11 let alone the United States.
Affirmative action lowers the standards of person’s qualifications to allow them to have access to better schools and Jobs based on race creed or color. That only lowers the standard of the field that is filled.
If you want to leave racism in the past, you can not discriminate at all for anything; you can not be allowed to lower the value or skill level needed for a school or a job based on race, creed, or color. If you want to help our society to move beyond the useless use of discrimination and increase the countries quality and production then pass laws that outlaw all discrimination and enforce them! Also make it so the loser of a law suite pays for law suites. Then you would see a major change in the American mental state as well as losing the use of racism as a tool for politicians and the race warlords! The fumy thing is all the true racists minded people will read these, and Call me a racist!!

I just cleaned the junk out of my blog,

What do I want to be when I grow up?

I always joke with my friends that I don’t know what I want to be when I grow up. You know it is the life lessons and daily drive for survival that makes use feel like we are never going to get caught up with anything. I have had so many directions in life to get to this point where I go, now what do I want to do?

It makes me feel like a teenager trying to figure out how he is going to attack life and from what directions does it take him. Well I am 48 my children are grown, My grand children are being born. I just sit back and think what do I want to do now!!

Life is a blank slate, and a man needs someone to build for, or with it feels like I am on hold. I wonder what I am going to be when I grow up. LOL

Thoughts of the past long gone, I have made a new friend that reminds me of it, She rescues horses that are in distress situations.

When I was young I was raised on a small ranch in northern Michigan we had 42 head of cattle with 10 head of horse. I know small, but as a kid it was all I knew, from birth till I was 16 horses and the farm was my way of life. I trained my first horse at the age of 9 and he was my best friend and major mode of transportation till I was 16. Then cars came in to my life and girls, you can’t take a girl on a date with a horse, well most woman.

I felt I no longer needed my horse and sold him to a friend I know my father asked me the same thing, (are you sure!) I was too young to really understand what a mistake I was making.

You see the people I sold him to know nothing about horses and even though I told them if they sell him I want the first chance to get him back. They could not handle him they said he was too spirited and sold him to a man they thought was buying him to sell to 4-H kids. They were wrong he was a horse broker for dog food and glue. You see I betrayed the best friend I ever had,

Since then I have only gotten on other horses to break them or exercise them. I was raised with the thought there is three things you don’t mount and that is another mans Horse, Bike, Or Woman. The thought of owning a horse just to do it still bewilders me, why have a horse if you don’t have cattle?

So many times I travel around the country and I see horses in people back yards in small pens, it just seams cruel to me. No room to run treated like a pet to pet when you feel like it, like a dog in a cage, it should be a crime. So many people want a horse to trail ride then never take them out but one or two times a year. The rest of the time if the horse is lucky the person stops by to brush them but most of the time they are just ignored.

You can tell these horses the second you see them, when the owner gets on the horse is dancing and trying to show who is boss. Trust me if you ride a horse every day he knows who is in charge.

The shame of it all is the horse has to relearn what the owner wants every time because the person don’t know shit about horses or riding and they don’t practice but once or twice a year so they sit him different every time. That is dam confusing to a horse. So the horse acts up to find out who is in charge and most of the time it proves out that it is the horse.

I will own a horse again, but not on till I can be as good a friend to him as he is to me!

Here are the six things that will fix The American Economy and heath care.

Out law lobbing direct to the House and Congress reps. open submitting to the whole house or senate only. This will stop the legal payoff and special deals!!
Cut the pay of the House and Senate Reps by half, these clowns could not make that money in the private sector why are we paying them that much. Let’s get the public offices back to public service!!
Term limitations for the house and senate reps. 6 years is more then enough time to use up any one persons Ideas for good or bad. The good news by doing this is we open the seat for change every 6 years.
Implement the Fair Tax a Consumption Tax, and eliminate all other taxes, and the IRS! Repeal the 16^th Amendment. Stop penalizing the productive in America and promote growth and success.
Get Government out of competition with business, and let the free market fix it self. The Governments involvement in the private sector for their own benefit or the benefit of individuals in government has made all Americans problems!!
Pay off our debt by selling the Governments Assets. There are Millions of acres of Load and properties not being used. Sell it back to the people that will pay taxes and generate Jobs.

Country and City, Orange and Apple.

Lately I have had the chance to talk with a very hot red head that had a master’s degree, Yap I know hot and intelligent; well it was great because I like a smart woman. I know better then let it go to the point I would care. You see she is city and I am country let me explain the problem.

I have lived in San Diego Ca., St. Louis Mo. I spent 5 years in the Navy. So I know the life in the city. Both my ex wife’s wanted the benefits of living in a city. I make sacrifices just to stay in the country I don’t need twenty four hour stores and restaurants. I travel 30 miles just to go to a Wal-Mart or Home depot. My home town has 500 people and I think that is cool.

When I lived in San Diego I was ether in an apartment or on a Ship with up to 2000 other men for up to 9 months at a time. I was young and fresh off the farm so it was fun and after my first wife left me it was a hell of a lot of fun and out of control. But I always felt anxious.

Then I moved to ST Louis, Mo. There I got a nice job in a proto type Shop working for a defense contractor building land systems electrical systems proto types. I know it was a great job I really liked it but I proof read prints for three months then built the proto type that was a high stress environment, then to get home I had to drive 40 min each way to get to almost country.

The neighbors lived so close the one on the left was twenty feet and the one on the right was thirty yards. The only saving grace was the fact that I had tree in the back yard separating my house from the next roads houses. Every morning I could walk around in my underwear coffee in one hand and scathing what ever with the other you get the picture.

Well one morning just like every other I get my coffee rub my eyes and look out at the tree in the back yard since it is my only bit of country a row of tree. Well it was winter and I could now see through the tree a light turns on and there is my neighbor with his cup of coffee scratching his ball looking at me, we just waved and went on with our days.

That was my braking point I new I had to get back to the country, the old saying you can take the boy out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the boy. You have no idea how true that is, I moved back to the country.

In the country your ether making minimum wage or own your own company. I have built four different companies’ some worked and will some didn’t. But I am in the woods in a two bedroom trailer with trees so close when I open my back door I have to duck. I have no curtains because you have to go a quarter mile just to get to the closest house and out my driveway is our hay fields. Oh ya cars drive by and don’t even know my house is there the pines and spruce tree are so thick.

I feed wildlife out my back window, I have a picnic table out my back door I sit at just to watch them. Some people have fish tanks to relax, I have this deep woods filled with blue spruce and pines with wildlife to relax me.

I have not found a woman yet that loves the country like I do so I am still alone. I have learned that a city girl ether wants to be country or they don’t there is no maybes. No matter how much they like you they will never live in the country and I will never live in the city again. So all the hot smart ladies are looking for mister right that makes 100 k plus a big house in the burbs with a large mortgage.

Holding checks this day in age is the biggest pick pocket trick the banks do.

You can clear a check in seconds and transfer funds in Minutes. So why would a bank hold money for days????

I am on hold because Chase Bank, is holding a deposit made by a company I do business with all the time and has never bounced a check as a matter a fact Chase usually don’t hold checks. I called and asked what the hell and they said it was standard practice really since when??

Three days they are going to hold it, Do the math how much money would be made if you hold all deposits for three day’s.. I think they found a way to make up the money they lost for charging for overdrafts!!!!
